All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, database rights, trade dress, and all other intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Beyond Sewing and T. Brandt & A. Brandt LLC.

No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase of any digital product.

This license becomes effective once payment has been successfully completed and may be revoked immediately if these Terms are violated.

8. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Beyond Sewing, you may:

  • download your purchased files to your personal devices;

  • print the sewing pattern for your own personal use;

  • store backup copies for your personal use;

  • sew finished items for yourself;

  • sew finished items as personal gifts for family members or friends.

The license is granted exclusively to the purchaser.

The purchased files may only be used by the individual who completed the purchase.

9. Prohibited Use

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or by our prior written consent, you may not:

Digital Files

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer any digital files;

  • share download links with any other person;

  • upload files to public or private websites;

  • upload files to cloud storage for shared access;

  • distribute files through email, messaging services, forums, or online communities;

  • include the files in digital bundles or collections.

Printing and Copying

You may not:

  • print copies for other people;

  • make copies for sewing groups;

  • provide printed patterns to customers;

  • distribute printed copies at workshops;

  • reproduce the pattern for commercial purposes.

Commercial Use

Commercial use of any Beyond Sewing pattern is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained our prior written permission or a valid Commercial License issued by Beyond Sewing.
Without such permission, you may not:
• sell finished items made from our sewing patterns;
• manufacture products for sale;
• accept custom sewing orders using our patterns;
• use our patterns within a commercial business;
• use our patterns for production by employees, contractors, or third parties;
• outsource production;
• authorize another person or business to manufacture products using our patterns.

Teaching and Workshops

You may not:

  • use our patterns in paid sewing classes;

  • use our patterns in free public workshops;

  • include our patterns in online courses;

  • distribute printed or digital copies to students;

  • upload our patterns to educational platforms.

Artificial Intelligence

You may not use any part of our products or website for:

  • training artificial intelligence models;

  • training machine learning systems;

  • dataset creation;

  • automated content generation;

  • computer vision training;

  • generative AI systems;

  • large language models;

  • image generation models;

  • model fine-tuning;

  • synthetic dataset creation.

  • recreate pattern pieces for redistribution;

  • digitize our patterns for commercial purposes;

  • reproduce our technical drawings;

  • reproduce our grading system;

  • reproduce our illustrations.

10. Commercial Licensing

Commercial use of any Beyond Sewing product is not permitted unless you have obtained our prior written permission or a valid Commercial License issued by Beyond Sewing.

Beyond Sewing reserves the sole right to grant, refuse, modify, suspend, revoke, or discontinue Commercial Licenses at its sole discretion.

Commercial Licenses, if offered, are subject to separate terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any commercial rights, licenses, or permissions unless expressly confirmed by Beyond Sewing in writing.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Beyond Sewing and T. Brandt & A. Brandt LLC or their respective licensors.

No ownership, title, or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through the purchase or download of any digital product.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, transmit, sell, license, exploit, or otherwise use any content from this website or our products.
